From the above activity that allows us to sense is the thing that is our personality in response to something in any form whether it be psychological / physical too.
This activity will demonstrate the health pattern of our day to day to get freedom from diseases that attack our bodies regularly.
To the intent we should be ready to run even though it was difficult for us, being intent will form a particle that affect the form of psychic or physical bodies, because of the existing statement is the most important intention of doing something even though it was tough!
